CBM Engineer
PETRONAS Chemicals Isononanol Sdn Bhd at PENGERANG INTEGRATED COMPLEX, Johor.
• Lead the team to communicate and assist clients with vibration measurement and monitor the equipment including canned motor pump, reciprocating compressor, chiller, motor, and pump during MRT using CSI 2140 and ADASH V4 Analyzer.
• Performed baseline vibration monitoring, oil sampling, thermography and various troubleshooting techniques for rotating equipment problems, including cross-phase analysis, run-up & cost down, and bump test.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to prioritize maintenance activities and ensure that CBM activities are integrated into the overall maintenance program.
• Provided monthly, weekly, and daily reports to clients regarding CBM activities and issued vibration finding/request reports to identify potential problems and recommendations.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop maintenance strategies and improve equipment reliability.
