Hafiz Hamzah

My name is Muhammad Hafiz. My role at my previous company is Assistant Supervisor and Engineering Assistant as well. I'm in charge of all the production operation starting from the beginning until the end process. The current position has given me the opportunity to master my communication, listening, and management skills, as well as technical skills. Involved in various troubleshooting and problem solving to make sure the production smooth. Now, I’m ready for a more challenging and dynamic role that requires bringing new business and revenue to the company.

Been into manufacturing industry for 5 years. Starting from technician and last position as Engineering Assistant/Assistant Supervisor. Involved in various manufacturing troubleshooting and challenges. Manage manpower and machine operation to fulfill daily outputs. Manage production consumables on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Analyzed and reported on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to management. 

 

I have completed with excellence in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and finished  my Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with major in Thermal Fluid as well.
