I have more than 20 years of working experience in nursing. i have clinical experience in general ward and also in critical area ie ICU,CCU, HDU, NICU and ER. also experience in Clinical educator and also Nursing Lecturer. i have also been doing clinical education on disease management with clinics and hospitals plus giving talks in companies to create awareness on disease, With my vast experience I believe I am the right person for this job to get customers understand their disease and help them to manage it together for a better life especially those  with chronic disease.

 1987 - 1996 staff Nurse and promoted to Ward Sister ED department, Assunta Hospital

Started as a fresh Staff nurse. Surgical and post natal and ante natal ward.

Later transferred to ER. Did my post basic when was attached to ER. 

Trained all my department staff in CPR ( staff nurses and hospital aids and ambulance drivers, ECG ( was not in Nursing curriculum at that time). Later built a team with my CMO and MO and conducted CPR for the whole hospital.

I was also a trained Diabetic Educator by Boriengher and together with the MO set up a diabetic training program for patients. Took on very well. Patients have to come 4 times in a month and was conducted free of charge.

I was promoted to clinical instructor for ER and later to ED ward sister.

I had great experience in here as Assunta Hospital was undergoing ISO 9002 accreditation.

With the cooperation of all my department staff and management support ED department passed the ISO 9002 accreditation in 1995.

1997- 1999 - ICU/CCU/NICU Senior Staff Nurse and redesignated to Clinical Educator, KPJ DAMANSARA

Joined KPJ group to gain more experience and try out other hospital setting. Started in NICU / ICU and later was promoted to Clinical Educator to help out in the ISO 9002 Accreditation for KPJ Damansara Nursing department only. Was very successful as there was zero noncompliance for nursing department.

Involve in commissioning of the hospital and helped in developing SOP and training new staff and hospital aids.

1999- 2000 -  Nurse Educator, Sunway Medical Center

Joined the Sunway group to get a chance to do Clinical Nurse Practioner course. But the course did not take place. Involve in commissioning of the hospital and helped in dev eloping Nursing tools and SOP.

Developed Nurse aide training program, to increase the staff knowledge and gain basic knowledge in nursing.

2000 -2004 - Diabetic Nurse Educator Qualitas Malaysia (closed down)

2005 - 2009  Nursing Lecturer Nilai University

2010 – 2014 Nursing Lecturer City University  Petaling Jaya ( closed as no more stn)

2015 – 2021 Head Nurse in  Columbia Asia hospital. Involved in MSQH for the Nursing Team. Was awarded Accreditation with Good Achievement. {Left due to no maid and no tuition and also PDPR – no one to supervise)
