About Hemaraj Subramaniam:

I am currently working as a Customer Engagement Executive with experience in building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service. I hold a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Politeknik Seberang Perai with a CGPA of 3.09 and am further advancing my knowledge by pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management at Open University Malaysia. My academic and professional background allows me to effectively contribute to customer-focused roles and support business operations with a strategic approach.

Experience

My name is Hemaraj Subramaniam, and I have a strong background in logistics, customer service, and data management, with hands-on experience in shipment coordination, customer support, and administrative tasks.

I started my career as an Intern at PKT Logistics, where I worked as a Logistics Assistant and Customer Service Representative. This role gave me valuable exposure to warehouse management, inventory tracking, freight coordination, and handling customer inquiries related to shipments and logistics operations.

After that, I worked as a Logistics Coordinator and Customer Service Representative at Polar Electro Malaysia, where I was responsible for shipment planning, delivery tracking, logistics documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. This role strengthened my ability to handle logistics operations efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.

Most recently, I worked as a Customer Relationship Officer at CNCDATA Malaysia, where I managed outbound calls, resolved customer issues, and ensured a seamless communication flow between clients and the company. This experience enhanced my problem-solving, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, which are essential in delivering high-quality customer service.

In addition to my professional experience, I am proficient in data entry, order processing, and documentation management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling customer and shipment records. I have experience using various logistics and customer management systems for data tracking, reporting, and workflow optimization, which help improve efficiency in operations


 

Education

Academically, I hold a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Politeknik Seberang Perai, which provided me with a solid foundation in freight forwarding, supply chain operations, and inventory management. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management at Open University Malaysia, further enhancing my leadership and strategic decision-making skills.

With my combined experience in logistics, customer service, and data management, I am confident that I can contribute effectively to Toll Group by ensuring efficient operations and maintaining excellent customer support. I am eager to bring my skills and expertise to your team and look forward to the opportunity to grow with the company.
