I did internship for the past 6 months in YTY industry sdn.bhd. I was an intern in IT Department. My job scope is to assist staffs and resolve technical issue through phone call or in person and I also did a project called IT Hardware vulnerability updates is to make sure all the softwares to keep up to date. Basically the purpose for doing this updates is to prevent hackers stealing our data.
