I was the System Administrator for an MSP utilizing the ServiceNow platform since its deployment in 2014 until 2024. I was responsible for overseeing the overall system administrative tasks for the platform, providing internal support to our Service Desk team mainly as well as several other departments using the platform. I was also responsible for assisting in creating and publishing reports as well as setting up report schedules. I assisted data owners in the bulk uploading and updating of data into the platform. I had been involved in setting up a third party integration between the ServiceNow platform and a mobile application used by our field engineers to update their tickets remotely. I had also developed custom applications on the platform, including an Invoice record keeping application as well as a Parts Tracking application. I have SQL and database experience, which helped in the design of the previously mentioned applications. Additionally, I am well versed in troubleshooting issues in ServiceNow. Currently I am available for consulting of developing new applications for ServiceNow or customizing your existing applications better to suit your operations, and I am also available for retainer as a system administrator.
