I feel I am professional enough for Level 1 in IT Technical Support due to I have learn many thing in my last company.

I have study in Tunku Abdul Rahman College before fir Diploma In International Business but is incomplete because one of the economic subject I feel it  is too hard for me and try to retake twice but also failed.
