• Perform handler conversion from small to large package vice versa Delta Matrix/Castle handler
• Perform handler fine tuning/isolation/trouble shooting during conversion and preventive maintenance
• Perform replacement parts of handler delta matrix/castle failures if required 
• Support handler operation and customer indices and performance data gathering and monitoring
• Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time
• Setup new devices for test in handler and tester and monitor support on customer projects on how to improve test flow
