⦁ Effective Supply Chain & Partner Relationship Management.

⦁ Intensive communication and collaboration with Geely China team to ensure KD part procurement and
    secure part arrival from China for Proton manufacturing efficiency.

⦁ Managing 17 local vendors for FIF localization projects to secure current and future production volume.

⦁ Coordinate the cross functional job function between China Geely Suppliers, Logistics Service Provider
   (DHAS/Furi Global), Warehouse Service Provider (PLB), Local Vendors and Proton Production Planner, to
   assure part supply.

⦁ Act as Supply Chain role to secure the end-to-end delivery of products, including warehouse stock
   management, material purchasing, logistics handling and on time shipment delivery to the local FIF
   modular vendors.

⦁ Ensure Zero Production Downtime due to FIF (Factory in Factory) KD parts from localization projects. 

⦁ Optimize warehouse function and implement Warehouse Management System (WMS) for a lean and
   transparent stock inventory.

⦁ Negotiate and collaborate with 17 local vendors, logistic and warehouse service providers, inhouse Finance
   department to close the operational gap and to find mutual contract agreement.

⦁ Alignment to Group Policies, System & Processes.

⦁ Create supply chain management strategies and provide supply chain operational support and guidance to
   ensure maximum productivity, increase efficiency and reduce the lead time.
