As a property & facility manager with 5 years of experience, I have developed a strong understanding of the key responsibilities and skills required to excel in this role. My previous work experience includes overseeing maintenance and repairs, building audits, managing budgets and financial reporting, negotiating contracts and leases, and ensuring that properties are compliant with all local and federal regulations.
