About me:

Bioinformatician with a year of experience in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) bulk RNA-sequencing and single-cell sequencing datasets. 

Strong proficiency in coding using R and Bash for analysis of RNA-sequencing data, along with experience in utilizing the High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters for efficient analysis of large-scale datasets.

Performed bulk RNA-seq analysis to examine and compare the gene expression profiles of Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)-affected mice and humans, with an aim to elucidate key genes associated with the neurodegenerative disease ALS.

Executed single cell analysis of ALS mice to determine the predominant cell type responsible for the pathogenesis of ALS disease.
