Currently seeking to explore a full-time position in a fast-paced industry as operation management or food safety management position where I can grow my career and contribute the best to the company to achieve company goals.

QA/QC Executive

Multiplex Packaging Sdn. Bhd.

1. To assist the Dept Head/QMR in maintaining the existing ISO certification such as ISO 9001, HACCP and ISO 14001.
2. To ensure all incoming material, on-line and finished products are inspected according to the specification.
3. To liaise closely with other departments in order to achieve maximum results and meet customer’s requirements.
4. Acts as document controller to update and maintain proper filing of all ISO documents.
5. Handle customer complaint by prepared 8D/CAR report to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. To assist production department on any quality improvement activities to reduce defect rate.
7. Responsible for lab test arrangement, verify and record the results according to HACCP requirement.
8. Monitor pest control management to maintain optimum hygiene and cleanliness of the factory.
9. To participate company weekly 5S and safety activities as assigned.
10. In-charge of the equipment calibration and verification activity.
11. To assist Dept Head/QMR to plan and arrange for internal quality audit and management review.
12. Manage external audits and customer audits.

QA/QC Chemist

G.B. Industries Sdn. Bhd.

1. Train and guide the laboratory assistants to carry out the daily laboratory testing for the incoming materials.
2. Monitor IETS (Industrial Effluent Treatment System) by conduct on-site monitoring and in-house laboratorytesting.
3. Keep daily report for chemical consumption used in wastewater treatment.
4. Lead and coach the subordinates on IETS in compliance with Environmental QualityAct 1974.
5. Conduct physical testing for rubber insulating gloves andsleeves by using tensile machine.
6. Responsible for compliance of symbols, regulatory labels and information to applicable regulatory standards that used on all packingmaterials.
7. Prepare 8D/CARreport for customercomplaint.
8. Conduct process audit at the production site each month to ensure the processes are stable.
9. Assist in R&D projects for new product development.

Support ISO 9001:2015 management system to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.
