Job Scope:

  • Customer service & sales.
  • Handling and solve the job site issue.
  • Reply to sales enquiry.
  • Issue Quotation/ Work order/ Tax Invoice/ Purchase order.
  • Collect and chasing bad debtor payment.
  • Monitor Stock take and production workflow.
  • Manpower arranges for site measurement and installation.
  • Labour Leave/Medical approval.
  • Liaise production at JOHOR BAHRU for the order and settle production work issue.
  • Lead the team to meet the sales target.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Training of Sales Team.
  • Follow up with customer order.
