Jonatthen Lee

As a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Social Science, I am excited to embark on my professional journey and apply my diverse skills and experiences to a rewarding career. My academic background has equipped me with critical thinking, research and communication skills that I am eager to leverage in the workplace.

During my time as a student, I balanced my academic commitments with a passion for figure skating, where I worked as a part-time figure skating coach. This role not only honed my ability to teach and mentor, but it also underscored the importance of patience, adaptability and effective communication in achieving shared goals.

Additionally, I gained valuable experience as a tutor for IGCSE History, both privately and at a tuition center. This role allowed me to nurture my passion for history and education while helping students succeed academically. I’ve developed strong interpersonal skills and a keen understanding of tailoring educational approaches to meet individual needs.

Currently working as a part-time figure skating coach at KL East Mall under Blue Ice Skating with a passion for teaching people how to ice skate while bringing those that are more passionate about the sport to competitive level. In addition, I am also working as a History Tutor both privately and at tuition centers to teach students about the fundamentals of the subject of History in order to prepare for exams.

Having just graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor in Arts and Social Sciences, I would describe the experience as rich and diverse having taken many units from many other fields completely unrelated to Arts and Social Sciences such as Gender studies, Communication and even journalism. This has allowed me to gain other skills in many other various fields during my time at Monash.
