I have worked with Accenture Technology Solutions Sdn. Bhd. At Plaza 33, Petaling
Jaya, Selangor as Platform Experience Associate starting from July 2021 until the moment. On digital platforms, I've efficiently handled and preserved content. High-quality, quick, empathic, and accurate responses to consumer questions. Client policies and standards must be understood and kept up to date. Answering questions in accordance with established policies and procedures. In another context, analyze and assess user profiles, videos, and text-based material, as well as investigate, escalate, and resolve concerns reported by users or identified by the system.
Prior to that, I worked as a Trainee Assistant Supervisor at Secret Recipe Cakes &
Café Sdn. Bhd. at Aeon Mall Equine Park from July to August 2020. During training, I was allocated to either floor services, barista, kitchen, service, cashier, or admin, and
was responsible for opening and closing the business, as well as resolving customer
complaints.
From December 2012 until October 2016, I worked at Parkson Corporation Sdn. Bhd.
as a Supervisor, Cashier, and Sales Assistant. My responsibilities at this company
include monitoring sales and staff, assisting Floor executives, serving and resolving
customer issues, managing stock received from orders, back-up cashier counter,
back-up manpower support, and receiving payment from customers for purchases
made with cash or credit/debit cards, as well as cleaning up the work area.

With a CGPA of 3.0, I graduated from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka with a
Bachelor in Manufacturing Engineering with Honours. Aside from that, I have a 3.44
CGPA and a diploma in Process Engineering (Petrochemical).
