Kenny Hills Bakers is a popular brand here in Malaysia, working here has made me realize that constantly maintaining high standards is a must to become a top food and beverage business. I work nine hours from 4am to 1pm, 6 days a week, preparing cakes and an assortment of pastry. The outlet I am currently working in creates a range of both gluten and gluten-free products. The Bosses of Kenny Hills Bakers (Mr. Au Tai Hon) have graciously allowed my creation of a mini-mousse cake the “Magnum Crunch” to be part of their establishment, selling around 150 pieces a week.
