  • Persuade, Negotation and push for payment arrangement. 
  • Perform daily outbound call to notify customer of delinquent account regarding outstanding. 
  • Effectively follow-up call to get payment from debtors.

PESTECH ENERGY SDN BHD - HR EXECUTIVE

  • Maintain & update procedure, forms & records. 
  • Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement. 
  • Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting. arranging interview, employment contracts etc. 
  • Assist in arranging pre-employment medical checkups and bank account opening. 
  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee. 
  • Assisting in announcing new & resign employee to the relevant parties. 
  • Handling handover of company properties, exit interviews for resign employee. 
  • Preparation of Monthly Payroll Additional Payment Form for overtime, meal allowance and other claims as require from time to time. 
  • Maintaining and regularly updating training database. Oversee the training needs for all staff in tandem with operational needs. 
  • Take ownership of the Training plan and ensure this is delivered accordingly all administrative Sandfil Talent Management System/ HRDF Portal - Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal database) of each employee. 
  • Manage and monitor KPl management, performance & performance appraisals. Manage training arrangements, invoice payments, HRDF claims. 
  • Time Management System - To ensure employee absenteeism is monitored and reported monthly and any issues dealt with at the earliest opportunity. 
  • Leave Management System - Monitor employee entitlements, check claims & monitor leave utilizations. Manage invoices / payments from panel clinics. 
  • Group Insurance Manage enrollments, invoices, payments & claims. 
  • Issuing of HR related letters, e.g., appointment letter, confirmation letter, transfer letter, warning letter etc. 
  • Assist in Preparing and generate ad-hocs reports for management. 
  • Liaise with relevant government bodies (i.e., EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.). 
  • Assisting in standardizing and streamlining internal HR process

MUN HEAN (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD - HR ASSISTANT (INTERN)

  • Responsible in hiring new workers. Scheduling interviews with potential shortlisted candidates for a online interview, assessment, and live interview session 
  • To prepare HR documents such as staff confirmation form, contract extension form, staff termination form, offer letter, show cause letter, employee personal information, internal memorandum, report and dealing with email enquiries and employee handbook 
  • Assisting in onboarding meetings, employee act and policy presentations To attend and prepare minutes of meeting and follow up to ensure actions are completed.
