Passionate graduate with a foundation in human behavior and organizational psychology. Eager to begin a career by bringing communication, research and analytical skills to support employee engagement, talent development and HR operations.

I have experience supporting training programs at EY Malaysia, related to the Assurance L&d Team. From this experience, I am proficient in technical applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, ServiceNow (SNOW) and SuccessFactors.  Additionally, I have over three years of tutoring experience, delivering personalized lessons, monitoring student performance, and engaging parents. I adapt teaching methods creatively and use tools like Canva to enhance learning and reporting.

I formerly pursued a degree in Psychology from Sunway University. During my time at university, I gained skills and knowledge such as job analysis, recruitment, assessment, and selection from the Organisational Psychology course which can I can apply in the field of Human Resources.
