1. Conducting regular preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions for equipment malfunctions and mechanical breakdowns.
3. Leading root cause analysis and applying continuous improvement techniques to optimize equipment performance and reduce failure rates.
4. Utilizing SolidWorks and other design software for troubleshooting and proposing mechanical upgrades or modifications.
5. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining documentation for all maintenance activities.

As a Project Engineer in a steel factory, I took on larger-scale responsibilities such as:

1. Coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure project milestones were met on time and within budget.
2. Managing resources, schedules, and costs, while overseeing the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment.
3. Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
4. Monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and making data-driven decisions to enhance project outcomes.
