I hold a BSc. in Food Science and Technology. I have experience in Quality Assurance, and I am well-versed in Food Safety Management Systems including HACCP, GHP, GMP, Halal, etc. Not only am I a fast learner, I’m also competent enough to be working under minimum supervision while still maintaining good team player qualities. I am dedicated and highly motivated to build expertise in FSQ, and finding perfect opportunities to further enhance my professional development.
Experience
I am currently working as Quality Assurance cum Halal Executive. My main duties include maintaining and ensuring effective implementation of Food Safety systems in the company, document controls, as well as handling all Halal related matters.

I graduated in BSc. Food Science and Technology with a major in Food Safety and Quality, which gives me a groundwork of food science and technology knowledge, and analytical skills that are essential for me to thrive in this industry.
