My name is Keethalakshmi A/P Kalyappen student from Polytechnic Bagan Datuk (PBD). Currently, I am pursuing my 3rd year in Diploma in Naval Architecture. For your information, we are required to undergo our internship to complete the Polytechnic Curriculum from 28/29 Jan 2024 until 13/14 Jun 2024. Hence, I am writing this letter is to humbly seek a placement at your company to gain experience from the real environment of marine industry in Malaysia.

• Send daily reports to the Human Resource Department (customer).
• Maintained knowledge of current movements and updates in the hostel.
• Conduct yearly safely audits of the hostel and safety arrangements.
• Compile documents for standard merchandising, stocking, and storing records.
• Copy, scan and store documents.
• Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.
• Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
• Brief and train the new co-workers such as security officer and clerk.

As a Naval Architecture student, I have acquired enormous knowledge in Maritime, Designing and Constructions. The course I enrolled such as Naval Architecture, Ship Structure, Marine Engineering System, Engineering Drawing. AutoCAD (2D and 3D), Strength of Materials, Marine Engineering System, Marine Control System, Ship Production Technology. In maritime have given me strong and broad foundation in Ship Design, Maritime Legislation, Occupational, safety and Health for Engineering.
