  • Manage a myriad of activities including tender and bidding, sourcing and procurement as well as contract administration and outsourcing to supplier. 
  • Prepare quotation, purchase material and based on contract agreement to ensure procurement process is comply with procedure and standard requirements
  • Produce and maintain material tracking list/register which includes all purchase order (PO) issuance, estimated and actual costs and expected delivery date
  • Prepare and maintains calibration record, instrument history record, instrument list, calibration planner, instrument classification and report
