 Directs and coaches the crews in performance of their work
 Communicates and collaborates with the other plant foremen and Quality Control
personnel to optimize production quality and workflow
 Assists the Plant Manager in administering company policy.
 Work the process of setting up the form, bending, cutting, tying of materials and steel
in the form.
 Pouring and finishing different types of concrete, this applies to the various required
finishes, including float, broom and steel trowel.
 Install anchor bolts, steel plates, frames, other embeds in freshly poured concrete. Removing product from forms and performing any required final finishing
procedures.
