Im a 27 years of working experience person in construction industry, i was start my carrier on 1995 as Electrician level until reached as MEP Manager 8 years ago. Through out this journey i had faced challenge work with multi nationality professionals from Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar, Borneo and Vietnam. I been involve multi scale projects such as Commercial Buildings, Power Plants, Airports, Metro Train & Fit Out.

Im very much confident my knowledge and experience will support my employers to make success of their projects with proper planning, execution, monitoring and control . My key strength is NEVER GIVE UP.

1. Diwiys Engineering

As Project Manager

• Oversee entire operation (fit out) & (Renovations) for Electrical & Security System.
• Secure the projects, design clarifications.
• Procurement and monitor installation progress.
• Attend meeting with client and consultant.
• Lead team and direct them for smooth operation 
• Preparation Claims documents, as built and Shop drawing.

Work Period: 5th July 2021 ~ as off now.

1. Colas Rail ( Hanoi MRT , Vietnam)

As Project Manager 

• Prepare, establish and obtained approval for Master Program from client.
• Define project scope and set key milestone versus IPC.
• Tracking the project time line and advice to Construction Managers on critical path.
• Coordinate with QAQC Manager and ensure all documentation and inspection status are properly documented.
• Allocated project resources Overhead, Equipment’s and fabrication. 
• Ensure submission of IPC on time 
• Oversee all IN/OUT documents and advise COC Manager.
• Review the report LOG for approved Drawings, MS & MAR and advise Engineering Manager and tackle all comments via contractually.
• Coordinate with SHE Manager to ensure entire activities are safely monitor to avoid any Incident and accident.
• Monitor Safety Milestone and achieved Zero LTI . 
• Attend Meeting with client and Project Consultant.
• Reporting to Country Director
• System Involve FDPS, ECS, Electrical MV & LV
