Professional Experience:

1. Nicotra Fans & Blowers, Kepong, Malaysia (Oct 2001 – Aug 2002):

• Picked up design techniques for custom made fans for customers. 
• Design Bills of Materials (BOMs) for production line. 
• Quality control issues were numerous, hence months long effort of introducing central database, better access to BOMs, higher quality control checking method were incorporated.
• Conducted cost analysis for custom made fans.
• Steps worked and become basis of Masters of Science thesis with publication in SIRIM (2006) journal and presented a paper on “Regional Symposium on Engineering & Technology 2011”, organised by Malaysian Society for Engineering & Technology (MySET).
• Left to join Syarikat Perniagaan Kemajuan. 

1. Syarikat Perniagaan Kemajuan, KEPONG, MALAYSIA (Aug 2002 – Jan 2003):

• Company makes tube extrusion of different designs. Tubes will bend after production making them useless. Contacted foreign expert to know that heat issues create it, hence steps such as thicker walls used to overcome it.
• Designed Programmable Logic Control solutions to put labels on tubes.
• Coordinated in mold supervision for plastic reels.
• Designed a Tube Guiding Gadget: a contribution certificate given after 3 months of service.
• Left to join Nilai University College.

1. NILAI UNIVERSITY COLLEGE, NEGERI SEMBILAN, MALAYSIA (MAY 2004 – OCT 2005):

• I was in charge of Diploma of Engineering subjects and Business Mathematics subjects too. 
• I was doing Teaching, Guiding student’s projects and other small projects.
• Coordinated the implementation of new syllabus and its consequent application to relevant authorities.
• Left to join Quantum RSS company.

1. Quantum Retrieval S & S, PENANG, MALAYSIA (Oct 2005 - Mar 2006):

• Wire Bonding on micron level wires for tape head. In charge of the 4 wire bonding machines to make average 10 designs of wire mesh a day.
• Designed a system to automatically lay epoxy covering on top micron level wire mesh using Robotic Arm machine. System captures pictures of wire mesh and relays to control of Robotic Arm which lays epoxy. I created programmes for laying of epoxy. 
• Left to join Nilai University College amid retrenchment fears.

1. Nilai Uni. College, Negeri Sembilan, MALAYSIA (Mar 2006 – Jan 2012):

• Obtained 5 years of teaching and design experience. 
• Guided students’ projects that designed coin counting machine, 360° fan design, electric car system and etc. 
• In charge of Engineering Workshop for more than 4 years during which various machines such as lathe machine, thermo and fluid machines, welding machines were purchased and utilised. 

1. InTI UnIVERSITY COLLEGE (AUG 2012 – DeC 2015):

• Part time lecturing at Inti International College, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan from August 2012 to December 2015. 
• Guided students on Engineering Degree subjects.
• Supervised Workshop teaching for subjects such as Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics and Robotics.
• Participate in Bloom’s Taxonomy documentation. 
• Left because of lack of part time jobs in Inti University.

1. Full-time tuition teacher (Jan 2016 – DeC 2019):

• Involved in teaching various syllabuses for A Level, IGCSE, South Australian Matriculation and others.
• Subjects taught were Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Specialist Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics.

1. NUTRI FOOD PACKAGING (oCT 2020 – Jun 2021):

• Production Executive in charge of supporting production of printed and coated metal sheets.
• Analyse the amount of raw material needed for production.
• Planning the production line according to customer request. 

1. Kingsley International School (oCT 2021 – Dec 2022):

• Teacher for A Level Further Math, IGCSE Additional Math and Mathematics.
• Supervise students’ co-curriculum activities.
• Perform administrative activities to support parents and school management.
