Being a happy-go-lucky person for the entirety of my life, I believe I can summarize the thoughts of this human species with this phrase - optimistic but a person-pleaser.
 

I'm good with dealing with unprecedented changes. When there's a sudden last-minute change, I may be dismayed (given my innate tendency to plan) but will quickly recover, and seek to work with this new change. That's because I tend to see the positive aspects behind each change, and will somehow tweak it to seem like I'm actually benefitting from it.

A happy go lucky person is one who is not bothered about the future. Lives for today and spends like there's no tomorrow.
