- SGBV Case Officer (ICMC, 2022–Present): Conducted 200+ survivor interviews, provided trauma-informed counseling and play therapy, managed shelter placements, and led research on post-separation abuse in displaced domestic violence survivors. Coordinated referrals and budget monitoring while mentoring new caseworkers.
- Counseling Practicum & Internship (Young Minds Malaysia, 2023–2024): Delivered 274+ hours of individual and group counseling, conducted behavioral assessments, and developed intervention models using CBT and motivational interviewing. Analyzed mental health trends to inform evidence-based practices.
