Responsible for leading and managing all sections of the Front Office Department in order to ensure the highest standards and respond to guest needs and resolve related problems immediately in a professional manner without detriment to the Hotel and / or its reputation.
Assisting with the management of team, setting objectives, probationary reviews, appraisals and training
Ensures all VIP guests receive special attention, attends to guest complaints, inquiries and requests, 
Conduct daily room and floor inspection to ensure quality standards have been followed. 
Conducts Daily briefings to ensure Hotel activities and operational requirements are known to every staff.  
Maximize room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities. Ensure the department meets its quantitative and qualitative targets
