Mohd Zeen bin Mo'men

I spent the last 26 years of my working life with the same Hotels/Resorts chain with experience ranging from Credit & Collections and Accounts Receivable. It is time for me to move on to other company or industry to experience working in a challenging new work environment. With my resourceful experience and skills, I believe I can be a valuable resource to contributes to the growth of the new organization that I am joining. 

I am a highly motivated and progress-focused person with computer proficiency, leadership experience, good oral and written communication skills, people skills, teamwork and collaboration talent, critical skills, and problem-solving abilities and organizational know how.

In my previous role, I spent my years from the position of Accounts Clerk to leading a team of colleagues setting up the first Finance Shared Services (FSS) for the Hotels/Resort Group in Malaysia running two (02) Departments of Credit/Collections and Accounts Receivable servicing eight (08) Hotels/Resorts in Malaysia and Australia. Once established, I am managing the day to day and monthly operations of the FSS as well. Besides, I also did some side projects during the 26 years, as and when required e.g., managing new systems implementation (Property Management Systems or other related systems), auditing, giving input for policies and procedures to be implemented to the Hotels/Resorts worldwide and other special task e.g., collecting bad debts for Hotels/Resorts not under FSS and assisting other regions if they are having challenges.

I worked with the Shangri-La Group in Credit Collections and Accounts Receivable for the past 26 years.  

I hold a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia with Grade A (Aggregate 19). Continued studies from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia with Matriculation of Physical Science with CGPA 3.300 and  Matriculation of Accounting with CGPA 3.406. Continued with Bachelor of Accountancy for 4 semester but drop out due to financial constraints.
