About Mozainy Mohtar:
23 years of experience in the telecommunication industry with strength in project management, technical and quality assurance, business development and strategy, sales, and marketing. Mozainy cumulates 18 years of global experience in submarine cable development; design and planning, contract development and tender preparation, project management, technical inspection and audit, project commissioning and testing, and pre-operation stage.
From 2018 onwards, Mozainy has worked as a consultant assisting telecommunication service providers and energy companies in developing a new submarine cable project with business planning, financial analysis, engineering, and implementation of telecommunication infrastructure. He excels at leading multidisciplinary teams and developing their capacity to deliver complex projects and track difficult technical and commercial issues. Mozainy is an experienced negotiator and he is skilled at engaging with senior stakeholders from a very wide range of cultural backgrounds.
