• Responsible for the fleet’s operational matters related to planning, implementation, maintenance, and introduction of safe ship operations. 
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational aspect of the vessel’s operations related to all cargo handling matters. 
• Responsible for updating the fleet with the latest marine notices or new statutory requirements pertaining to cargo handling matters. 
• Responsible for monitoring the daily position of all vessels in the fleet and reporting the vessel’s position to Charterers and Agents. 
• Conduct Internal and External audits, Reviews of the International Ship & Port Security Code (ISPS) 
• Plan and implement the Security Training Plan, Drills, and Exercises 
• Attend to cargo and security-related casualty, incident, personnel accident investigation, and reporting. 
• Assess the Master’s performance.

• The scope of work is mainly to support the business activities on the assurance of cargo quality and quantity preservation as well as vessel security at sea and in port.
• Provide guidance and necessary advice to vessels on cargo preservation.

• Monitoring vessel’s Safe Cargo Operation Responsible for the Fleet
• Coordinating with the Master to ensure they prepare and submit Stowage Plan, Load/Discharge Sequence, Piping Diagram, and Valve Setting Checklist before vessel arrival load or discharge port.
• Coordinating with the Charterers (Shell, Petronas, Petron, BHP) for the voyage execution
• Prepare investigation forms in advance and keep them ready to update the P&I correspondent list and port contact list of all ports of call by fleet vessels.
