Muhammad Fikri Hidayat Bin Salleh

I am a great team leader with almost 5 years in Health, Safety and Environment, a fast learner and very committed in implementing safety and health in workplace. I also a charismatic person who can communicate well with any type of person. I can perform well in providing HSE training and program.

I have 4 years working experience as Site Safety Supervisor in the oil & gas industry and I have earned much experience in engineering and safety and health. I work as site safety supervisor where I have to ensure the safety of workers who work under my supervision and also the implementation of OSHA 1994 (Act 514), FMA 1967 (Act 139) and Petronas Technical Standard (PTS) requirements by my company on site and documentation. I study in Mechanical Engineering while finishing my SPM in Tuanku Jaafar Technical Institute and also have a diploma in Occupational Safety and Health from KLIA Professional & Management College.
I started working as site safety supervisor for 1 year at Pengerang Integrated Complex while it was still under construction under Binapuri Sdn bhd as main contractor. In 8 months of working, I then got my Yellow Book from DOSH. For my passion on gaining more experience in the oil & gas industry, I then worked with Mushtari Maintenance and Services Sdn Bhd in a tank maintenance job for two years and a half. I then continue to contribute and gain experience at Yokomori Malaysia Sdn Bhd a Japanese factory running steel fabrication manufacturing. Here I gain a lot of documentation knowledge where I am the only safety personal who have to develop HSE Plan, HIRARC, Policy, workers training and JHA also all Occupational Safety & Health Management System. Unfortunately, they closed their operation in Malaysia and Singapore due to finance reason. Then, I hired by E Desu Sdn Bhd a civil company doing civil and maintenance work for Shell retail. Here I exposed a lot of documentation and HSE meetings as I designated as HSE Executive who had to maintain HSE reporting and also managing 1 Site Safety Supervisor under me.
