Experience

Being a Project Manager and Business Analyst for a small agile team, we have four of us working as a team member. We have 3 concurrent projects where 1 completed, 2 on-going and 1 is on pending. My key achievement was end-to-end management of building a customer portal using API to display customer data in the system. We are also building a comprehensive system for a compliance regulated industry. At the same time we are also supporting foreign client IT operation. I have created Document Type Registry to register each document version and document code. This is to ease for future follow up or checking as traceable control.
