As a Field Support Team Engineer for the Government Integrated Radio Network (GIRN) Project, responsible for operating and maintaining critical communication infrastructure, including Base Stations (Nebula & Hytera), Transmission Links (FPMR, SDH & PDH), Rectifiers (Delta & AEG), Line Dispatchers, and Switches (Hytera DMX). Skilled in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, contractor management, and drive testing for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 

• Perform 1st Level troubleshooting during corrective maintenance, diagnosing errors and technical issues, and providing timely solutions within service level agreements (SLAs). 
• Conduct Preventive Maintenance activities as per the region's PM Master Schedule, covering Base Stations, Transmission Links, Rectifiers, Line Dispatchers, and cabin condition. 
• Manage and supervise contractors for Corrective Maintenance, Cabin Cleaning, and Antenna Feeder System (AFS) at site. 
• Assist CME team in 1st Level troubleshooting related to ME (Mobile Equipment) equipment. 
• Conduct drive tests to assess monthly KPIs. 
• Deploy Rapid Response Vehicles (RRVs), Deployable Site Base Stations (DSBS), and Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSAT) to ensure network coverage availability as per higher management's discretion.
