    Description

    Job Title: Sales Executive (B2B Tech / SaaS)

    Salary: RM + Commission plan - OTE of 200,250 RM

    Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid)

    It is essential that you have the following experience:

    • Selling B2B
    • Previously worked selling within Tech / SaaS company

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Engage and build relationships with senior HR executives within medium and large enterprise businesses to drive sales outcomes in South Africa and the UK.
    • Present their solutions in a tailored way that aligns seamlessly with the unique business context and desired goals of each potential client.
    • Attain annual booking targets by consistently adhering to quarterly pacing and successful delivery.
    • Pursue fresh leads among potential prospects, both in a responsive and proactive manner, within the assigned account territory. Additionally, initiate personal outreach efforts to engage key prospects.
    • Collaborate with the regional sales team and cross-functional sales peers to support knowledge sharing and develop best practices.
    • Develop and take ownership of your individualised Business Development plan.
    • Access new prospects within our target Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to expand our customer base.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
    • Work closely with the local SDR to formulate account plans that address the individual needs of clients sent through as leads.
    • Collaborate with the customer marketing team to ensure the alignment of campaigns with customer needs.
    • Offer valuable customer insights to enable product development of a best-in-class solution.

    Skills:

    • Deal management and accurate forecasting.
    • Selling B2B
    • Selling within Tech or SaaS companies
    • Business and commercial acumen.
    • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced and changing environment.
    • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

    Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

    • Background in Psychology/HR (beneficial).
    • Selling B2B
    • Selling Tech or SaaS product
    • Results-oriented yet strongly collaborative approach.
    • Familiarity with and experience selling to the mid-market segment.
    • Proficient and engaging communicator with C-level executives, particularly in virtual settings.
    • Familiarity with selling to professional decision-makers in both mid-sized and large organisations.
    • Exceptional proficiency in utilising Salesforce CRM, including effective forecasting.
    • Documented success in selling SaaS solutions.
    • Adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
    • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
