My current duty is to do close monitoring and preparing action item for those agents who are failing to adhere to the SOP and process.We also doing daily analysis based on daily raw data to understand what actually impacted to the score and immediately perform root cause analysis before proceed to implement any action in order to meet the client’s expectation.We also preparing a weekly and monthly report that need to be submitted to our client.
