To date I feel my strongest abilities are I am able increasing employee retention by rigorously maintaining a positive work environment. I have a vast experience in administration, Full Spectrum of HR Function plus Office Management knowledge, Employment Act, Industrial / Employee Relation (Handling Grievances), Domestic Inquiry, Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), succession planning (reward etc), training and development, develop HR strategies on retention, compensation and benefits, Human Rights with proper due diligence plus exit interview, cultivating and maintaining relationships with design handling skills for differentiate, people culture with communication &interpersonal skills(soft skills), I shall lead the team in any esteemed organization to their future growth. Handling training and conducting internal training by giving motivation talk are part of my sensibility.
