About Nina Low:

To date I feel my strongest abilities are I am able increasing employee retention by rigorously maintaining a positive work environment. Besides, developingtargeted outreach recruitment programs to recruit the best talent and meet all departmental hiring requirements. Next, able to creating user-friendly application forms and questionnaires to be used by the organization during staff recruitment and interviewing.


 

 

I have a vast experience in administration, Full Spectrum of HR Function plus Office Management knowledge, Employment Act, Industrial / Employee Relation (Handling Grievances), Domestic Inquiry, Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), succession planning (reward etc), training and development, develop HR strategies on retention, compensation and benefits, Human Rights with proper due diligence plus exit interview, cultivating and maintaining relationships with design handling skills for differentiate, people culture with communication &interpersonal skills(soft skills), I shall lead the team in any esteemed organization to their future growth. Handling training and conducting internal training by giving motivation talk are part of my sensibility.

 

The ability to work under pressure, with or without supervision, creative thinking, meeting deadline, can solve problem could be an extra advantage for any esteemed organization that I join. Can deal with people at all levels with excellent in both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia are my strength which can build up rapport quick with people from lower level to the Top Management level especially with authorities. Besides that, handling Expatriates / Foreign Worker / Domestic Maid matters and deal with Immigration, KDN, Embassy are part of my responsibilities.

 

I consider myself to be a dedicated and dependable individual who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. I feel that a relationship with your company would be mutually beneficial, as my educational background, HR experience, and qualifications would make me a perfect fit for your new team member, and would also allow me to refine my skills in a new working environment.
