I am a hospitality and tourism professional with extensive experience in project support, event coordination, and international tour leadership. I have led domestic and international trips for groups of up to 500 participants, managed logistics, accommodations, and meals, and delivered seamless travel experiences for corporate clients. My experience also includes sales and service consultancy, F&B operations, ride management, and social media content creation, giving me a well-rounded skill set in hospitality operations and guest experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management from Management & Science University (MSU), graduating with a 4.00 CGPA and recognized on the Dean’s List. Prior to that, I completed a Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management at MSU with a 3.50 CGPA, also earning a place on the Dean’s List. My academic background provided a strong foundation in hospitality operations, event management, and tourism project coordination, equipping me with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to excel in the industry.
