Reshani Gunasegaran

I am from Penang, a very independent woman who use to work from the age of 18. I have worked with different types of customer service, and have always enjoyed this field of work no matter how toxic the backend use to be. My dream was always to become either a forensic officer or a Cabin crew, and forensic was always not my cup of tea but cabin crew is always about handling with airline customers. Chasing after what we have dreamed for is another way of expressing our love for the job.

My previous work experience was always as a customer support. I have used to work in cinema theatre as ground staff to make sure customers have a great experience on watching with us. I have also worked in hotel and serviced apartment as a guest service agent and currently i am working as a Airline ground staff for Scoot.

My family could only afford for was my secondary schooling and i may not have passed with flying colours but yes I have passed on few subjects and since after i started to work to support my single mother.
