Experience
- Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI): Manage and handling researcher to run the system in order to get the data about customer satisfaction yearly.
- Focus area for external customer. Customer communication: Manage and co-ordinate customer communications (complaint / requests/ inquiries) in order to improve the services provided by UNITEN – Towards service excellence. To analyze the data gathered for corrective action; to prepare reports on customer complaint result; to prepare statistic and analysis on unanswered call.
- Continual improvement for customer communication process
– Review process as and when is needed (i.e: improve from manual process to Helpdesk system)
– Communicate with CCO on improvement made.
4. UNITEN Customer Centre (UCC) : Flow manager and to make sure everything in good condition including maintenance, staff, services. Prepare time table to all executive duty at UCC Handling training for front liner staff.
5. Social Media : Manage Facebook UNITEN Posting to Facebook (link with others Social Media Twitter and Instagram) any updates, event, announcement to student or public. Answering inquiry from public through Facebook.
Education
I am currently pursuing a PhD at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) with the title of my research is Communication challenges towards achieving the national renewable energy development target.
