    Hotel サイトのカスタマーサポート

    Customer Support for Hotel site

    国籍を問わず、日本語/英語 スピーカーの方を募集しています。

    移住サポートもございます。

    Opens for any nationality who speaks good Japanese and English.

    Relocation support is provided.

    Shift Timing: 7am to 10.30pm (any 9hours ) Sun - Mon

    Joining Date:negotiable

    Place: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

    Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and fax;

    Handle customer requests by phone and e-mail;

    Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations;

    Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrangement special requests;

    Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints;

    Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.

    Job Requirements:

    Excellent communication skills in language required & English;

    Excellent commercial understanding;

    Problem solving;

    Sense of responsibility;

    Independent and customer friendly. Experienced with Customer Care, internet and hotel industry.

    Qualification/Skills & Experience

    ● Valid passport min 18 months - for non Local Malaysian

    ● Education cert in English

    ● Comprehensive resume with full details of job description

    ● Any Nationality who can speak good Japanese and English
