Very passionate about petrophysics and skillful in delivering comprehensive petrophysical studies for formation evaluation and reservoir characterization. Highly competent in developing petrophysical model for static and dynamic reservoir simulations. Capable of developing data acquisition plan by deploy new technologies in most cost-effective approach. • Petrophysics Lead for Dulang Oil PSC brown field FDP and Sepat Oil PSC green field FDP.
• Successfully delivered five field development plan (FDP) proposals which involves building petrophysical model, data acquisition planning, reservoir management and surveillance, as well as initial and current fluid contact analysis.
• Played a role as Operation Petrophysics role during for three infill campaigns and expert in ensuring well log quality check and performing well log interpretation.
• Developed comprehensive Petrophysical Model which involves various approaches of rock typing, permeability estimation and Saturation Height Function (SHF) modeling. Integrated the core data, pressure, and fluid sampling data into petrophysical analysis in clastics and carbonates.
• Highly capable in designing fit-for-purpose open hole and cased hole logging program with implementation of new technology and cost-effective proposal. Experienced in running LWD/MWD, Formation Pressure While Drilling, Formation Sampling While Drilling, DAS VSP, Cement Logging, Noise Logging, Temperature Logging, Production Logging and Saturation Logging tools.
• Provide real time formation evaluation with pace during drilling operation to assist significant decision making for logging plan and well completion.
• Expert in proposing well abandonment strategy by developing well-by-well Pore Pressure and Fracture Gradient (PPFG) analysis to identify number of plugs required in order to partially or fully abandon the well.
• Assigned as Petrophysics Geomechanics with experience in developing Pore Pressure and Fracture Pressure (PPFG) for infill wells and caprock strength evaluation to evaluate Carbon Capture Utilisation and Storage (CCUS) fields and secondary recovery plans.
• Active in career sharing program and experienced in facilitating fresh graduates and interns to understand Petrophysical knowledge particularly in tool physics and well log interpretation.
• Active in Technical Paper submissions in conferences on Petrophysics and the Oil and Gas Industry new technologies and latest research.
