RESPONSIBILITIES

●  Monitored system performance and provided real-time monitoring of system events by identified, resolved technical issues, and implemented preventative measures to ensure system availability and reliability via BigPanda and Prometheus.

●  Provided technical support and maintenance for Unix-based systems and Windows OS (HyperV, VMware) by troubleshooting of software on the system and liaised with Physical Touch personnel for hardware issue.

●  Ensure any incident and service request is fully recorded, managed, and tracked as per ITIL discipline.
