Job Description:
  1. Dealing with local purchase/overseas activities. 
  2. Ensuring purchase the right good with right quantity and deliver to buyer’s place in time or on time.
  3. Seek new suppliers from time to time 
  4. Conducting Daily Purchasing Stage such as preparing quotations, comparing quotation factors like the price, quality of product and delivery time, issuance of Purchase Order and process invoices after arrival of the placed goods.
  5. Negotiating with suppliers to enjoy more discount of the price and better after service.
  6. Identifying and selecting the mode or the term of delivery for the placed goods from seller’s place to buyer’s place such as using “Free On Board” (FOB), “Cost, Insurance and Freight” (CIF) or other delivery terms. 
  7. Doing proper filling of all relevant documents
