It was a flabbergasting journey and whole new world where I am being exposed to enormous experiences in a total new industry where I have learnt to handle multiple chats at once, solving clients’ issues, creating follow up emails, handling orders and etc. Communicating with several departments to achieve a common goal is part of daily task to ensure customer satisfaction and putting smile on their faces is our utmost concern.

I have developed a strong soft skill when dealing with passengers onboard, problem solving, multitasking and work on different hours. Remain calm in toughest time and to work under pressure also is another abilities that I have gained as a cabin crew.

Meeting people, working as a team are part of my daily life. I am good on team-player either as the follower or as the leader as I have experienced both position before.

I am confident that my experience as a award winning cabin crew and my great record throughout my journey with the company is qualify me for consideration. I look forward for the interview so I can share more about my skills and experiences with you.
