- Manage full set of company
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation including posting journal entries.
- Ensure timely and accurate month end close for intercompany balance.
- Handling annual company audit and tax and liaise with auditor, company secretary and tax agent.
- Prepare tracker for every expenses such as quit rent & assessment, contractor, and many more.
- Prepare monthly payment to creditors and staff claim.
- Identify requirement in project cash flow, operating expenses and budget for a year.
- Prepare cash flow budget every month.
- Work close with finance manager in handling the financial matter.
- Review consolidated for the holding company.
- Well experienced in using Autocount Accounting System.
