Highly motivated pharmaceutical technologist graduate from the University Kuala Lumpur Royal College of Medicine Perak with a foundation in manufacturing of medicine. Recently completed a sixmonth internship at Idaman Pharma Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd under the Technical service department which is responsible for Pilot Batch study, cleaning validation, process validation, and qualification execution. Seeking to assist the management in handling retained samples and all the manufacturing processes according to GMP and have a strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance

Intern - Idaman Pharma Manufacturing Sdn Bhd Kedah, Malaysia (Technical Service Department)(6 months) 

• Assisted in temperature mapping execution for refrigerator, and room by using a data logger as to ensure the retained sample was stored in proper condition. 
• Assisted in process validation execution to ensure all the manufacturing process done according to regulations and avoid cross-contamination during the manufacturing of the product. 
• Conducted operational qualification for the autoclave to examine the autoclave’s ability to run the sterilization process correctly and repeatedly while responding appropriately to error conditions. Handled waste for disposal according to the Biomedical Waste Rules. 
• Performed cleaning validation for several types of machinery used in a production line, providing supporting documents for the cleaning method used by the company. 
• Prepared Batch Manufacturing Record, Batch Packaging Record and Batch Coating Record for pilot batch study.
