1. Manage the process of sales & purchase agreement (including of liaising with solicitors, sales persons, purchasers, agents).
2. Ensure proper filing of sales documentations files & system is updated with purchaser details correctly in accordance with the SOP.
3. Ensure timely generation of notice of signing of SPA.
4. Manage sales procedure for completed units (including of TNB registrations & etc).
5. Ensure timely payment submission for all unsold completed units' utilities bills (Air Selangor) and maintenance fee.
6. Prepare the approval for SPA legal fees, Referral fee program, refund of booking fee & sales commission for sales staff & agency.
7. Familiar with property related systems such as CRM, IFCA, Fastkey:Property Guru,
8. Ensure fastkey system & sales chart is up to date.
9. Provide support to Sales & Marketing team during marketing activities.
10. Respond to customer inquiries, phone calls, requests and etc.
11. Deal with local authorities (NAPIC & Air Selangor).
12. Manage submission of Renewal Advertising Permits & Developer licenced (APDL)
13. Ensure proper filing system.
