In my previous intership experience as marketing intern, I was responsible for managing four Facebook accounts, ensuring a consistent daily posting schedule with four pieces of content each. I developed expertise in design tools like Canva and Adobe Illustrator, creating two distinct posters daily to enhance our social media presence. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in establishing and growing our TikTok account from scratch, amassing a substantial following of 1,819 users. I also contributed to various administrative tasks, including meticulous documentation for Ministry of Finance licensing and proficiently managing the EZBIZ account for SSM registration. Lastly, I improved customer engagement through effective post copywriting within Facebook, further enhancing our online brand presence.
