NURUL FARHANAH BINTI MOHD FADZIL

A fresh graduate in Administrative Science with a passion for human resource management, employee development, project planning, organisational skills and conflict resolution.  I have consistently demonstrated my ability to managing the document system, project planning, data entry, data management, and human resource management. I thrive in fast-paced environments and excel  problem-solving, teamwork, time-management, computer profeciency, interpersonal skills and multitasking. My commitment to continuous learning and improvement has allowed me to stay at the forefront of industry trends and deliver exceptional results. I am excited to bring my knowledge and enthusiasm to the better growth of the company.

I have experience in administration during my internship, I do work such as entering data into the system, providing assistance to colleagues in managing office tasks and I also deal with clients. During the third year of my masters, I participated in UiTM Postgraduate Assistance (UPTA), in which I provide the assistance to the supervisors (lecturers) in delivering lessons to students and provide learning materials as well as help lighten the work of the lecturers.

I completed my Diploma in Public Administration at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in 2020, achieving a commendable CGPA of 3.50. Following this, I pursued a Bachelor of Administrative Science at UiTM, which I successfully completed in 2022, achieving an outstanding CGPA of 3.64 and receiving the prestigious Vice Chancellor Award for academic excellence. My commitment to academic excellence continued as I recently completed my Master's degree in Executive Masters of Administrative Science, also at UiTM, in 2023. I proudly maintained a remarkable CGPA of 3.80 and was honored with the Excellent Candidate Award. These academic accomplishments reflect my dedication to continuous learning and my commitment to achieving excellence in the field of administrative science.
